We rely on the generous support of partners to meet our goals of providing educational opportunities, conducting outreach, promoting aquatic stewardship and sustainability, and offering policy leadership. Specific opportunities can also be co-sponsored. The Cal-Neva Chapter of the American Fisheries Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and your sponsorships and contributions are tax-deductible.

We are offering 6 ft. exhibitor tables for $1000, which includes one complimentary registration. 

Sponsorship Benefits

1) Network virtually and showcase your work! 

You can use our registration platform to connect with our meeting registrants. On our registration platform, you can collect contact information, upload outreach material, schedule appointments with attendees, and promote your organization with brand images, logs, or text.

2) Get recognition!

The Program Committee will bring awareness to each sponsor by highlighting them on our social media platforms, website, printed agenda, registration platforms, on signage at the event, and on slides during the conference. Top-level sponsors will be recognized via individualized Sponsor Spotlights sent to our email subscribers!

3) Sponsor a session

For a more targeted approach, a specific continuing education course, symposia, session or track of the agenda may be sponsored. Sessions typically consist of five or six 20-minute presentations, but more than one session can be combined to create a track or symposium.

4) Build relationships!

Exhibitors will have permanent tables in prime locations of hotel space where attendees will regularly pass or have beverage breaks, providing opportunities to network during the in-person event. Each exhibitor table comes with a minimum of one complimentary registration. 

In addition to the benefits above, each $1000 donated will receive a complimentary registration, not to exceed 5 complimentary registrations.
