Location: William B Pond Park Dockside at Sacramento County Parks along the American River Parkway

This is a great opportunity to bring family, get together and hang out outside of regular chapter business. Please feel free to invite other folks interested in participating in AFS (at any level)! This is the perfect opportunity to bring new folks into the fold or remind others how much they’ve missed us!

Dogs are welcome here but this picnic spot, though right next to the fishing pier, is also right next to a corner on the bike path so leashes are recommended.

Cal/Neva AFS will supply burgers, hot dogs, and vegan/vegetarian options. We’re going potluck style for the rest. Please RSVP on our shared spreadsheet in the first few columns and include the number of people you’re bringing so we can estimate attendance. Also sign up for what you’re bringing on that same Potluck Spreadsheet in the next few columns so we don’t double up on the same stuff. (Sorry, no alcohol allowed at this park without a permit.)
