The 2018 Cal-Neva meeting is being held from Feb 28 – Mar 2, 2018 in San Luis Obispo. The theme is “Outside the Bubble: Communicating with our Communities”. Currently, we are requesting abstracts for symposium and technical sessions. Leading a session is a great opportunity to contribute to the annual meeting, and to share information about a topic you are passionate about. Fisheries and aquatic science is a broad umbrella, and there are a number of fascinating specialties under this umbrella that make our field of study so interesting. We invite you to help us share the diverse expertise found in our membership by submitting an abstract for a session. A session is generally five talks, each 20 minutes in length, though half-day and full-day options will be considered. The deadline for submitting symposia and session abstracts for the 2018 Cal-Neva Annual Meeting in San Luis Obispo are next Friday, December 22. To submit an abstract, please visit our Annual Meeting Webpage!
