Even though the Cal-Neva Annual Meeting is virtual this year, the Spawning Run is on. Virtual meeting fatigue is real!  Take a break from your screen by participating in the virtual Spawning Run. Choose your own route and go solo or take the dog, the kids, your significant other and head out for a mile or 5k run/walk/hike. You can complete your distance anytime during the week of the conference and upload your time on the race website for all the fame and glory.  Registration is free, but consider donating some of what would have gone towards an entry fee.
